      Preventing a battery from dropping to 0%

      Allowing your UgoWork battery to deplete fully can cause permanent damage to the lithium pack. This can compromise both the battery's performance and its uptime warranty. It's vital to manage your battery's energy carefully and responsibly.

      Preventing 0% battery drain

      1. Seize every charging opportunity: Whenever possible, charge your battery.
      2. Always charge before leaving: Make it a habit to charge your battery whenever you're stepping away for a long period of time or at the end of a shift.

      Charging instructions

      State of charge

      1. PARK the forklift. 
      2. SHUT DOWN forklift.
      3. OPEN the inlet’s door.
      4. REMOVE the charging connector’s cover.
      5. PLUG charging connector into the battery.
        1. The push button’s light will flash.
        2. Wait for sound signal emitted by the battery. Charge as fully as possible.
